Common Returns Questions

We are only able to accept returns and exchanges for in-store purchases at the location in which the items were originally purchased. Please reference our store contact list here to find the address, phone number, and hours for all of our store locations.

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Return shipping for domestic orders is always free, and we’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once you receive a confirmation email indicating we’ve received your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to generate your refund. Please allow up to four weeks to process returns from U.S. territories and military bases (APO/DPO/FPO.)

Can I return items from more than one order?

Yes, you can return items from more than one order in the same box! Just be sure to include all the corresponding packing invoices. If you no longer have your original invoice(s), please include the shipment or order number for each order you’re returning. You can find your shipment and order numbers by signing in to your account at

Can I return final sale items?

Unfortunately, returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale.” Our regular sale items are not final sale unless marked.

When should I start the return process?

There’s a 30-day window to request the return or exchange once you receive your item. Upon processing a return, an E-CREDit will be generated so you can exchange for a new style or size.

What if my exchange arrives at the warehouse before my E-CREDit has been used?

The E-CREDit will remain active until the warehouse receives your return, at which time the code will be deactivated and you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment.

What if my exchange order costs less than my E-CREDit?

You will receive a refund of the difference to the original form of payment provided.

What if my exchange order costs more than my E-CREDit?

You will be required to enter your credit card information for the balance.
